Mixi’s popular mobile game Monster Strike (モンスターストライク) will terminate its English server on 1st August this year. The English version is said to be lacking support and unpopular.
Starting from 2nd July, the game will not be accepting any new registration, in-game items purchase and allowing data recovery. Mixi has no plan to relaunch this server anytime soon.
The English version has been made available to users in the U.S. and Canada since October 2014. This is the third version to be terminated after the Simplified Chinese version (for Mainland China) and Korean version. The overseas version that remains is the Taiwanese version, which is available in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
